OUR STORY

We are a third-generation family farm & ranch which has operated on this slice of heaven for over 90 years. With more than 30 years experience in the bison business and over 20 years as hunting outfitters, the Krapp Family constructed the Bison Ranch Lodge in 2020 in order to better serve our loyal customers who visit from far and wide to fill their freezers with delicious bison meat. 

 

Our 5-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom rustic lodge is situated at the foothills of the Missouri Coteau near Pingree, North Dakota - where the midwestern farm fields meet the rolling native hills of the western prairie. A place the bison roam.

The Lodge is a testament to the land upon which it sits, utilizing reclaimed materials such as barn wood, steel, rock, repurposed fixtures, and numerous other items acquired from both the home property and other area farms and ranches. You wont find another like it!

 

This unique setting lies in the heart of plentiful outdoor experiences including hunting, fishing, bird watching, and simply taking in the serenity of the open prairie.
